Kelli Black

Kelli Black is the Owner and Principal Agent of American Insurance Center of Eagle Lake, a trusted local insurance agency serving Eagle Lake, Polk County, and surrounding Central Florida communities. She became the agency owner in 2025 after a decade of leadership and dedication to the office and its clients. Kelli originally opened the Eagle Lake location in February 2015, where she managed and grew the agency from the ground up.

Beginning her career as the location’s manager, Kelli built lasting relationships through personalized service, clear communication, and honest insurance guidance. She specializes in auto insurance, commercial auto insurance, and personal lines coverage, helping individuals, families, and small businesses find coverage that fits their needs and budget.

Today, Kelli leads the team with values passed down from her mentor and father, Paul Cook, who brings over 40 years of insurance industry experience. She believes in treating every client like family, providing dependable service, and offering straightforward advice clients can trust.

Kelli takes pride in serving the Eagle Lake and greater Polk County community, building long-term relationships, and helping protect what matters most.

Paul Cook

Paul Cook retired in 2025 after more than 40 years in the insurance industry, leaving behind a legacy built on integrity, wisdom, and genuine care for people.

Although he’s stepped away from the day-to-day, Paul’s influence is still felt every single day in our office. The principles he taught—putting clients first, doing the right thing, and treating people like family—continue to guide how we serve our customers.

Paul is my dad, and I am incredibly proud of the foundation he built—not just in business, but in character. His teachings are truly priceless, and I’m grateful every day to carry them forward. The heart of what we do comes directly from him. He is an Amazing soul and Leader for our Family.  We hope that while he is retired, on the good days,  you can find him Golfing, Bowling, and watching all the sports! Go Eagles,

Anaiz Garcia

Anaiz Garcia is a valued Customer Service Representative at American Insurance Center of Eagle Lake, bringing over five years of dedicated service to the agency and its clients. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and warm personality, Anaiz plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support.

As a bilingual team member fluent in English and Spanish, Anaiz proudly assists a diverse range of clients, helping ensure clear communication and a smooth insurance experience. She works closely with customers on policy questions, documentation, payments, and coverage needs, always with patience and care.

Anaiz takes pride in building strong relationships and providing dependable service that helps clients feel confident and supported. Her commitment to the Eagle Lake community and to the American Insurance Center team makes her an essential part of the agency’s day-to-day operations.
